Our products are featured via a series of on-line stores and 3rd party merchant platforms such as Amazon.com, Wal-Mart.com, Ebay and others. We are seeking smart, energetic people to help us continue to rise in the ranks on all Ecommerce channels.

Now we are hiring a new Amazon Specialist in our research team.

You responsibilities will be:

  • Upload, edit, and maintain product listings to all Ecommerce channels.

  • Interact with customers via email and on-line chat.

  • Conduct daily account health checks and resolve any issues on all Ecommerce channels.

  • Complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.

  • Assist with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products, and generating reviews that comply with each platform’s Terms of Service.

  • Performing thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research to maximize visibility within each marketplace.

  • Remain up to date with each channel’s best practices, new trends and updates.

  • Work on various other tasks to assist other departments where needed.

Our future Amazon Specialist has these characteristics:

  • 2+ years experience with Amazon

  • English Level B2-C2

  • Proficient with Excel (v-look ups, using filters, etc.)
