Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lighting and special effects. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in stage lighting and special effects. Work closely with other departments, such as set design and audio, to ensure a cohesive and seamless production. Maintain and organize lighting and special effects equipment and supplies. Train and supervise crew members on proper use of equipment and execution of effects. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and executing effects. Contribute to the creative process by offering ideas and suggestions for enhancing the overall production. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
